By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Cancellation

TCG products are unique collectibles where both availability and market value can change significantly. As soon as you place an order, we reserve the necessary stock and enter into obligations with our suppliers. We therefore advise you to carefully check your order before finalizing it.

If, after placing an order, you still wish to cancel your purchase, we will, of course, take into account the legal rights that consumers have. However, please note that a cancellation can have consequences for us, such as incurred costs, reserved stock, and obligations towards suppliers. For this reason, we reserve the right to cancel not only the order in question but also other outstanding or future orders in certain situations.

This policy is not intended to disadvantage customers, but to protect us from unnecessary costs and risks that arise when reserved products are canceled after ordering. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Payment method

If you choose PayPal, we advise you to take into account that this payment method is less suitable for pre-orders. Pre-orders may have a longer delivery time and sometimes only be delivered weeks or months after the order. In the event of a cancellation, any PayPal transaction fees already incurred cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs

The stated shipping costs are based on regular shipping within the standard weight and size limits.

If, during the processing of your order, it appears that the actual shipping costs are higher than the amount already paid, we reserve the right to still charge the difference. This can occur, for example, with large or heavy orders, international shipments, or shipments where additional insured shipping options are necessary.

In most cases, this concerns international shipments, but it can also occur occasionally within the Netherlands, for example, with larger quantities of products. If an additional payment is required, we will always contact you before the order is shipped.

Of course, it remains possible to collect orders free of charge at our location.

Cancellations from manufacturer or supplier

With TCG products, there is always the possibility that a manufacturer or supplier may partially adjust or completely cancel orders due to limited availability or unexpectedly high demand.

Although we place our orders as carefully as possible, we are dependent on our suppliers and the ultimate availability from the manufacturer.

Expected delivery time & purchase price

The TCG market is constantly evolving, and popular products are often in limited supply. To still offer our customers the widest possible range, we collaborate with multiple specialized suppliers and distribution partners.

Thanks to this approach, we can regularly offer products that are difficult to obtain elsewhere. For pre-orders, we generally use a delivery time of 2-3 weeks after the official release. This information is always clearly stated in the product description. If there is a different delivery time, this will also be explicitly indicated. Therefore, always carefully check this information before placing an order.

The delivery time depends on various factors, including distribution, availability, and delivery from our partners. We do everything we can to deliver orders as quickly as possible and always communicate the most current expected delivery time. However, please note that this schedule remains dependent on external factors over which we have no direct influence.

Sealed cases

When a product is offered as a case, this typically refers to a fully factory-sealed and unopened case, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

For regular product orders, we cannot guarantee the delivery of a sealed case. Only when a complete case is specifically offered will it be delivered as such.
