TCG Order Conditions

By placing an order, you declare that you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Cancellation

TCG products are unique collectibles for which both availability and market value can change significantly. As soon as you place an order, we reserve the necessary stock and enter into obligations with our suppliers. We therefore advise you to check your order carefully before finalizing it.

If you wish to cancel your purchase after placing an order, we will of course take your legal consumer rights into account. However, please be aware that a cancellation may have consequences for us, such as incurred costs, reserved stock, and obligations toward suppliers. For this reason, we reserve the right to cancel not only the order in question, but also other outstanding or future orders in certain situations.

This policy is not intended to disadvantage customers, but to protect us against unnecessary costs and risks that arise when reserved products are cancelled after ordering. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Prepayment

Pre-orders must be paid for in full in advance. We also place our orders with suppliers in advance and reserve the products in question specifically for the customer's order.

Price changes

Product prices can fluctuate daily. This applies to both our purchase prices and our sales prices. The price agreed upon at the time of ordering and payment is the final price for that specific pre-order.

A potential price drop after placing an order does not entitle you to price compensation or a refund of the price difference. If the market or purchase price increases after the order is placed, the customer remains entitled to delivery at the originally agreed-upon price.

Cancelling an order for the purpose of reordering the same product at a lower price is not accepted. Such an order will be cancelled by us in accordance with the relevant cancellation terms.

Payment method

If you choose PayPal, we advise you to keep in mind that this payment method is less suitable for pre-orders. Pre-orders may have a longer delivery time and sometimes are only delivered weeks or months after ordering. In the event of a cancellation, PayPal transaction fees already incurred cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs

The indicated shipping costs are based on regular shipping within standard weight and size limits.

Should it become apparent during the processing of your order that the actual shipping costs are higher than the amount already paid, we reserve the right to charge the difference. This may occur, for example, with large or heavy orders, international shipments, or shipments where additional insured shipping options are necessary.

In most cases, this concerns international shipments, but it can occasionally occur within the Netherlands as well, for example with larger quantities of products. If an additional payment is required, we will always contact you before the order is shipped.

Of course, it remains possible to collect orders from our location free of charge.

Cancellations by manufacturer or supplier

With TCG products, there is always a possibility that a manufacturer or supplier may partially adjust or completely cancel orders due to limited availability or unexpectedly high demand.

Although we place our orders as carefully as possible, we are dependent on our suppliers and the final availability from the manufacturer.

Expected delivery time & purchase price

The TCG market is constantly in flux and popular products are often limited in availability. To provide our customers with as wide an assortment as possible, we work with several specialized suppliers and distribution partners.

Thanks to this approach, we can regularly offer products that are difficult to obtain elsewhere. The delivery time for pre-orders is always clearly stated in the product description. If there is a deviating delivery time, this will also be explicitly stated. Therefore, always check this information carefully before placing an order.

The delivery time depends on various factors, including distribution, availability, and delivery from our partners. We do everything possible to ship orders as quickly as possible and always communicate the most current expected delivery time. However, please keep in mind that this schedule remains dependent on external factors over which we have no direct influence.

Sealed cases

When a product is offered as a case, this refers by default to a fully factory-sealed and unopened case, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

For regular product orders, we cannot guarantee the delivery of a sealed case. Only when a full case is specifically offered will it be delivered as such.
